采用专用的仪器设备,分别对水泥稳定级配碎石和水泥粉煤灰稳定级配碎石2种结构在不同水泥剂量和不同粉煤灰含量时的干燥收缩系数和温度收缩系数进行测定,并对2种结构试验路的裂缝进行观测,得出了加入适量的粉煤灰不会降低水泥稳定碎石结构抗裂性能的结论。相反,通过材料的合理组合,在保证结构强度不变的情况下,降低水泥的剂量,改善了结构抗干缩性能,从而增强了结构的总体抗裂性能。
Adopting special instruments and equipment, the drying shrinkage coefficient and temperature shrinkage coefficient of two kinds of structures of stabilized grade graded macadam and cement fly ash stabilized graded macadam were respectively measured at different cement dosages and different fly ash contents. The cracks in the two kinds of structural test roads were observed. It was concluded that the addition of an appropriate amount of fly ash would not reduce the cracking resistance of the cement stabilized macadam structure. On the contrary, through the reasonable combination of materials, the cement dosage is reduced and the anti-shrinking property of the structure is improved, so that the overall anti-cracking performance of the structure is enhanced.
