本实验应用膜片钳技术发现黄嘌呤-黄嘌呤氧化酶产生的氧自由基能明显抑制心肌细胞膜钾通道活动,中药丹参提取的有放成分之一丹酚酸A能逆转被抑制的通道活动。
In this experiment, patch clamp technique was used to find that oxygen free radicals produced by xanthine-xanthine oxidase could significantly inhibit membrane potassium channel activity in myocardial cells. Salvianolic acid A, a component of Salvia miltiorrhiza, could reverse the inhibited channel activity.
