在对恶性肿瘤的治疗中,抗癌药物占有重要地位,但多数抗癌药物选择性差,在杀伤抑制癌细胞的同时,对繁殖代谢快的体细胞亦有明显毒害破坏作用。由于全身化疗严重影响骨髓造血、机体免疫及肝、肾等重要脏器的功能,致使多数患者无法坚持治疗。如何提高抗癌药物的疗效,降低其毒副作用,是肿瘤化疗中重要的研究课题。近年来,磁性载体导向疗法为恶性肿瘤的治疗开辟了一条新途径。作者采用胃镜下局部注射磁性抗癌药,并在体外相应部位外加磁场的方法,对84例中、晚期食管癌、贲门癌及胃癌进行治疗,临床疗效显著,现报道如下。
In the treatment of malignant tumors, anticancer drugs occupies an important position, but most of the anticancer drugs have poor selectivity. While killing and inhibiting cancer cells, they also have obvious toxic and destructive effects on somatic cells with rapid reproduction and metabolism. Because systemic chemotherapy severely affects bone marrow hematopoiesis, body immunity, and functions of important organs such as liver and kidney, most patients cannot adhere to treatment. How to improve the efficacy of anticancer drugs and reduce their toxic and side effects is an important research topic in cancer chemotherapy. In recent years, magnetic vector-guided therapy has opened up a new way for the treatment of malignant tumors. The authors used local injection of magnetic anticancer drugs under gastroscope and external magnetic fields in the corresponding sites in vitro to treat 84 patients with advanced esophageal, cardiac, and stomach cancers. The clinical curative effect is significant.
