研究了采区主生产系统的可靠性优化分配问题。引入了一种新的费用函数(effort function)模型。以系统花费最小为目标函数,系统目标可靠性为附加条件,利用拉格朗日乘数法建立非线性规划方程,最后通过2组测试数据计算并分析各参数对优化分配的影响。结果表明该模型简单易懂,所带参数含义明确,便于应用。
The problem of optimal distribution of reliability of main production system in mining area is studied. A new cost function model was introduced. Taking the minimum system cost as the objective function and the system target reliability as the additional condition, the Lagrange Multiplier Method is used to establish the nonlinear programming equation. Finally, two groups of test data are used to calculate and analyze the influence of each parameter on the optimal allocation. The results show that the model is simple and easy to understand. The parameters brought by the model have clear meaning and are easy to be applied.
