根据非圆齿轮的加工原理 ,建立了卵形齿轮的齿廓计算模型 ,开发了卵形齿轮副的计算机辅助设计与分析系统 ,进而分析了卵形齿轮副的若干几何和啮合特性 :传动比、压力角、根切现象、齿廓曲率半径等 ,为设计人员提供了完整的设计和分析平台 ,并可将系统输出的齿廓坐标或齿廓图形直接用于线切割加工。
According to the machining principle of non-circular gear, the tooth profile calculation model of the oval gear was established and the computer aided design and analysis system of the oval gear pair was developed. Then the geometric and meshing characteristics of the oval gear pair were analyzed: gear ratio, Pressure angle, undercut phenomenon, tooth profile radius of curvature, etc., provide designers with a complete design and analysis platform, and the system can output tooth profile coordinates or tooth profile graphics directly for wire cutting.
