本文介绍了一个双切口连续引伸模设计试冲过程。此模具通过双切口把零件毛料和带料分开,增强了所引伸零件的变形能力,使每道工序的引伸系数可按单工序模具考虑。
This article describes a double-cut continuous extensional die design test process. The mold through the double incision to separate the parts wool and tape, and enhance the deformation of the parts can be extended, so that the elongation coefficient of each process can be considered single-stage mold.
