目的探讨高频电离子浅层烧灼法治疗眼睑黄色瘤的意义。方法统计41例眼睑黄色瘤病例,按治疗方法不同分为两组,观察组25例,采用高频电离子浅层烧灼法治疗,对照组16例,采用高频电离子全层烧灼法治疗。观察术中及术后眼睑局部组织的变化,随访3～6个月。结果观察组治愈率为80.00%,好转率为20.00%;对照组治愈率为93.75%,好转率为6.25%。两组疗效差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论高频电离子浅层烧灼法治疗眼睑黄色瘤可减少手术时间,降低手术难度,效果理想。
Objective To investigate the significance of shallow-frequency cauterization in treating eyelid xanthomas. Methods 41 cases of eyelid xanthomas were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods. The observation group consisted of 25 cases. The patients were treated by high frequency electrocautery shallow cauterization. In the control group, 16 cases were treated with high-frequency ion-full-thickness cautery. Observation of intraoperative and postoperative eyelid local tissue changes, followed up for 3 to 6 months. Results The cure rate of the observation group was 80.00%, the improvement rate was 20.00%; the cure rate of the control group was 93.75%, the improvement rate was 6.25%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of eyelid xanthoma by shallow-frequency cauterization cauterization can reduce the operation time and reduce the difficulty of operation, and the result is satisfactory.
