为了进一步做好老干部保键工作,防止因观察不及时或治疗不当而发生意外情况,我们从1981年开始,对53名休息老干部进行了分类监护,取得较好效果。现报告如下。一、分类标准将老干部的健康状况分为四类: 一类:无心、脑、肾、肝胆、胃肠和内分泌等主要脏器的器质性病变,无确诊的或可疑的恶性肿瘤者。如健康人或患有一般的皮肤病和五官口腔疾病以及植物神经功能失调的人等。二类:患有心、脑、肾、肝胆,胃肠和内分泌等重要脏器的器质性病变,但代偿功能较好,临床症状不明显。如Ⅰ、Ⅱ期高血压、隐性糖尿病,无频发心绞痛的冠心病、慢性肝炎、慢性胆囊炎、溃疡病等。三类:患有器质性病变但代偿功能较差,临床症状较明显或重症后恢复期,如脑血管意外后遗症、心肌梗塞恢复期、恶性肿瘤手术后等。四类:有器质性病变,而且出现急性恶化需紧急住医院抢救治疗者。本组均为男性,53～64岁。其中一类22人,二类19人,三类9人,四类3人。
In order to further improve the security assurance for veteran cadres and prevent any unforeseen circumstances resulting from the improper observation or improper treatment, we started to classify and guard 53 retired cadres from 1981 and achieved good results. The report is as follows. Such as healthy people or people with general skin and facial features and autonomic disorders such as people. Two categories: with heart, brain, kidney, liver and gallbladder, gastrointestinal and endocrine and other important organs of organic disease, but the compensatory function is better, the clinical symptoms are not obvious. Such as Ⅰ, Ⅱ high blood pressure, latent diabetes, coronary heart disease without frequent angina, chronic hepatitis, chronic cholecystitis, ulcer disease. Three categories: patients with organic disease but poor compensatory function, clinical symptoms or severe post-recovery period, such as cerebrovascular accident sequelae, myocardial infarction recovery, malignant tumor surgery and so on. Four categories: organic disease, and acute exacerbation need urgent hospital rescue treatment. This group are men, 53 to 64 years old. There are 22 persons in one category, 19 persons in category II, 9 persons in three categories and 3 persons in four categories.
