本文将报道从安徽产三尖杉(Cephalotaxus fortunei Hook f.)弱碱部分分得五种高刺桐类型生物碱,其中两种新生物碱经光谱分析分别鉴定为:2-O-乙基表福建三尖杉碱(2-O-ethylepicephalofortuneine)(1)和2-O-乙基福建三尖杉碱(2-O-ethylcephalofortuneine)(2);另三种已知的生物碱为:taxodine(Schelhammera alkaloid B)(3);O-methyltaxodine(Cephalotaxus alkaloid VI,3-epimethylschelhammericine B)(4)和3-epischelhammeri-cine(5).3为第一次从该植物中分到。
In this paper, we report the distribution of five alkaloids from the weak base of Cephalotaxus fortunei Hook f. In Anhui Province. Two new alkaloids were identified as 2-O-ethyl Fujian 2-O-ethylepicephalofortuneine (1) and 2-O-ethylcephalofortuneine (2); the other three known alkaloids are: taxodine ( Schelhammera alkaloid B) (3); O-methyltaxodine (Cephalotaxus alkaloid VI, 3-epimethylschelhammericine B) (4) and 3-epischelhammeri-cine (5) .3 were first fractionated from this plant.
