节瓜枯萎病病原鉴定及生物学特性研究

对广州地区节瓜(BenincasahispidaCoga.var.chieh guaHow)枯萎病病原菌进行了形态鉴定和致病性及生物学特性测定,结果表明,引起广州地区节瓜枯萎病的病原菌属于美丽组尖镰孢菌(Fusariumoxysporum).该菌分生孢子萌发及菌丝生长的最适温度为25℃,致死温度为54℃.在弱碱性或碱性环境下,孢子能较好地萌发生长,当pH7 21~9 53时,孢子萌发率>50%.在酸性及强碱性环境下,孢子萌发受到抑制,尤其在强酸(pH<1 10)和强碱(pH>10 07)环境下,孢子都不能萌发. Morphological identification, pathogenicity and biological characteristics of Fusarium oxysporum f. Sp. (BenincasahispidaCoga.var.chieh guaHow) in Guangzhou were carried out. The results showed that the pathogen causing Fusarium wilt of Guangzhou belonged to the genus Fusarium oxysporum Fusarium oxysporum.The optimal temperature for conidiospore germination and mycelium growth was 25 ℃ and the lethal temperature was 54 ℃ .The spores germinated well under the condition of pH7 21-9 The spore germination rate was> 50% under the condition of acidity and strong alkalinity, and spore germination was inhibited under the condition of strong acid (pH <10) and strong alkali (pH> 10 07)
