现行高职高专毕业生就业评估模式存在评估主体单一、内容及方式欠科学、缺乏后续性调查反馈环节、操作缺乏监督、价值导向错位等问题,导致了信用危机、质量危机、学风危机和发展危机。要构建高职高专毕业生就业评估实效性体系,教育管理部门应制定科学的评估决策,高职高专院校应正确理解和把握评估决策,社会应加强对评估的有效监督与引导,同时还应坚持市场主导和社会主义办学、就业工作本身和就业质量、规范性和导向性、定性分析和定量评估、效果评估与过程评估相结合的原则。
The current employment evaluation model for graduates of higher vocational schools and colleges has the following problems: the single subject of assessment, the lack of scientific content and methods, the lack of follow-up feedback links, the lack of supervision and the misalignment of value orientation, leading to the credit crisis, quality crisis, study crisis and development crisis. To build a practical assessment system for the employment evaluation of graduates of higher vocational colleges, the education administration shall formulate scientific assessment and decision-making, higher vocational colleges should correctly understand and grasp the assessment and decision-making, society should strengthen the effective supervision and guidance of the assessment, meanwhile We should also adhere to the principle of market-oriented and socialist running schools, the employment itself and the quality of employment, normative and directional, qualitative analysis and quantitative assessment, the combination of effectiveness assessment and process assessment.
