本文对国外探险旅游安全研究进行述评,总结探险旅游发展较早的新西兰等国家的成功经验,提出破解我国探险旅游安全问题的方案——“6+1”的探险旅游安全保障机制,“6”包括探险旅游安全政策法规系统、探险旅游安全预警系统、探险旅游安全宣传教育系统、探险旅游安全监控系统、探险旅游安全救助系统和探险旅游安全保险系统,“1”指为使保障机制能够真正得到落实,本文尝试给出探险旅游管理政府多部门立体合作机制。 This paper reviews the research on the safety of foreign adventures tourism, summarizes the successful experience of countries such as New Zealand which exploit tourism earlier, puts forward the solution of adventurous tourism safety protection in China - “6 + 1” “6 ” includes the tourism safety policy and regulation system of adventure tourism, the early warning system of tourism safety warning, the tourism safety propaganda and education system of adventure tourism, the safety monitoring system of adventure tourism, the tourism safety rescue system of adventure tourism and the travel insurance system of adventure tourism. So that the guarantee mechanism can be truly implemented. This paper attempts to give a multi-departmental cooperation mechanism of exploration and tourism management in government.
