分析了低成本的,用于制造马口铁三片罐的150吨BOF-LF-CC工艺流程生产过程钢中大型夹杂物的演变规律。结果表明:大型夹杂物含量正常坯平均值4.8 mg/10 kg,头坯28.6 mg/10 kg,混浇坯64.7 mg/10 kg,尾坯92.2 mg/10 kg。正常坯大型夹杂物主要为Si O_2-Al_2O_3复合夹杂物,来源于脱氧产物;非稳态大型夹杂主要是Si O_2-Al_2O_3与其他的复合夹杂,含有C、K、Cl、Na元素,粒度以大于300μm为主,分析可知主要来源于结晶器卷渣。
The evolution of large-scale inclusions in the production of 150-ton BOF-LF-CC process for low-cost three-piece tin cans was analyzed. The results showed that the average content of large inclusions was 4.8 mg / 10 kg for normal blanks, 28.6 mg / 10 kg for blanks, 64.7 mg / 10 kg for blanks and 92.2 mg / 10 kg for blanks. Large inclusions in normal billet are mainly composed of Si O 2 -Al 2 O 3 composite inclusions, which are derived from deoxidation products. Large non-steady-state inclusions mainly consist of composite inclusions of Si O 2 -Al 2 O 3 and other inclusions with C, K, Cl and Na contents larger than 300μm, the analysis shows that the main source from the mold roll residue.
