目的:研究加强医院药品管理对于降低药品报废率的实际效果。方法:对医院药房实行分区管理,并根据其规模进行小区划分,为每个小区配备1到2名管理人员,由其负责该区内所有药品的有效情况监测,并定期对责任区内的药品做彻底检查,记录好所有在半年内即将过期的药品,并安排专人对相关药品的报废原因与报废情况进行记录与分析。结果:经过1年的分区管理后得知,医院药房药品报废的主要原因有三个,分别是:药品过期、药品停用、更换批号与规格。其中,药品过期占49.82%;药品停用占21.76%;更换批号与规格占10.12%。所以,必须加强对这些原因的预防。结论:实行分区管理可以使医院药房里的药品报废率明显降低,节约开支。此外,还可以为其他医院的药品管理提供借鉴。
Objective: To study the practical effect of strengthening hospital drug management on reducing drug scrap rate. Therefore, we must strengthen the prevention of these causes. Conclusion: The implementation of district management can significantly reduce the rate of rejection of drugs in hospital pharmacies and save expenses. In addition, other hospitals can also provide reference for drug management.
