根据静水应力分量能够抑制材料延性破坏的重要特性,从能量角度提出了聚碳酸酯模拟材料塑性变形的破裂准则,并进行了试验验证。该准则可用于聚碳酸酯类模拟材料塑性变形的破裂预测,有利于金属塑性成形光塑性物理模拟试验的开发。
According to the hydrostatic stress component, the important property of material ductility damage can be restrained. The fracture criterion of plastic deformation of polycarbonate simulation material is put forward from the energy point of view, and the experimental verification is carried out. The criterion can be used for the prediction of plastic deformation of polycarbonate analog materials and is favorable for the development of plastic physical simulation test of metal plastic forming.
