目的:黄精多糖水提液醇沉工艺的优化。方法:通过正交实验,用蒽酮-硫酸法测定醇沉干膏中多糖的含量,以多糖提取率的高低来筛选黄精多糖水提液的醇沉条件。结果:黄精多糖水提液的最佳醇沉条件为:药材:浸膏(g∶ml)(1∶0.8),醇沉浓度为85%,醇沉1次。结论:该最佳醇沉工艺收率稳定,黄精多糖提取率为7.71%,提取率高。
Objective: To optimize the alcohol precipitation process of Polygonatum Polysaccharide extract. METHODS: The orthogonal experiment was used to determine the content of polysaccharides in alcohol-drying paste by anthrone-sulfuric acid method. The alcohol precipitation conditions of polysaccharides from Polygonatum sibiricum polysaccharides were selected by the extraction rate of polysaccharides. RESULTS: The optimal alcohol precipitation conditions for Huangjiao Polysaccharide aqueous extract were as follows: medicinal materials: extract (g∶ml) (1:0.8), alcohol concentration was 85%, and alcohol concentration was once. Conclusion: The optimal alcohol precipitation process has a stable yield. The extraction rate of Polygonatum sibiricus polysaccharide is 7.71% and the extraction rate is high.
