当前进出口贸易的竞争日趋激烈。这种竞争既是商品价格和质量的竞争 ,也是支付条件和结算方式的竞争。本文认为 :第一 ,我国企业必须突破传统国际结算方式的藩篱 ,应用新的支付条件吸引外商以扩大出口 ,在进口贸易中利用新的结算方式向外商借款 ,这是目前严峻的外贸形势下具体可行的措施 ;第二 ,政府应积极促进出口信贷的发展 ,一方面以出口信贷为引擎扩大出口 ,另一方面应用买方信贷在进口中利用外资 The current import and export trade competition is fierce. This competition is not only the competition of commodity price and quality, but also the competition of payment terms and settlement method. This paper argues that: First, Chinese enterprises must break through the barriers of traditional international settlement methods, apply new payment conditions to attract foreign investors to expand their exports, and use new settlement methods to import foreign loans in import trade. This is the current severe situation in foreign trade. Feasible measures; Second, the government should actively promote the development of export credit, on the one hand to export credit engine to expand exports, on the other hand the use of buyer’s credit in the use of foreign investment
