磷酸盐缓凝剂对水泥基速凝类浆液影响机制的研究与应用

水泥基速凝类浆液是目前广泛应用的注浆材料,开展关于外加剂对于水泥基速凝类浆液影响机制的研究具有重要意义。针对水泥基速凝类浆液中的水泥-水玻璃浆液,开展室内试验分析与研究磷酸盐缓凝剂对浆液黏度时变特性的影响机制。试验结果表明水泥-水玻璃浆液凝胶过程分为3个阶段,并分析发现添加磷酸盐缓凝剂后水泥-水玻璃浆液初凝期持续时间显著增加,在该时期浆液呈固液混合的糊状,浆液黏度稳定于40 Pa·s以下。初凝期持续时间主要受浆液混合体积比影响。将研究结论应用于指导注浆处治工程实践,效果良好,为相关注浆工程提供了一定的借鉴作用。 Cementitious quick-setting slurry is the most widely used grouting material, and it is of great significance to carry out the research on the influence mechanism of additives on the mechanism of quick-setting cementitious slurry. Aimed at the cement-water glass slurries in cement-based quick-setting slurry, laboratory experiments were carried out to analyze and study the influence of phosphate retarders on the viscosity-time-dependent properties of slurries. The results show that the cement-water glass slurry gel process is divided into three stages, and analysis showed that the addition of phosphate retarder cement-water glass slurry initial coagulation duration increased significantly, during which the slurry was solid-liquid mixed paste Like, the slurry viscosity stable below 40 Pa · s. The initial coagulation duration is mainly affected by the slurry volume ratio. Applying the conclusion of the study to the practice of grouting treatment and guidance, the result is good and provides some reference for grouting.
