本文报道了在φ63×740mm多孔挡板流化床反应器中,用裂解氨还原脱硝UO_3制取UO_2的有关试验数据。其每立升有效床容积产率为2.9kgUO_2/h,是高效反应器之一。采用此种气固流化床反应器的实验研究方法,可大大减少热态试验工作量。此方法经验证在本体系中是可行的。对扩大规模的研究和工程应用有参考价值。
In this paper, we report the experimental data of UO_3 reduction by NiO reduction with ammonia in a 63 × 740mm porous baffled fluidized bed reactor. The effective bed volumetric capacity per liter is 2.9kgUO_2 / h, which is one of the efficient reactors. The experimental research method using this gas-solid fluidized bed reactor can greatly reduce the workload of hot test. This method has been verified in this system is feasible. The scale of the research and engineering applications have reference value.
