近些年来随着人们对汽车需求的日益增高,汽车行业得到了快速发展。为了提高汽车销售服务质量,汽车生厂商将品牌授权给汽车经销商,使之成为汽车品牌销售专卖店即4S店。4S店作为汽车销售中的一种主要营销模式,为提高汽车销量及规范汽车销售服务做出了很大贡献,其运营能力的高低直接影响着4S店的经营状况,因此文章构建了4S店综合运营能力评价体系以此提高4S店综合运营能力,以提高其销售服务质量和改善经营状况。
