我厂机修车间所加工的齿轮,必需进行倒角。过去,由于没有齿轮倒角设备,这道工序一直是用手工操作的,不但生产率低,而且质量也不好,是机修工艺的关键问题之一。在技术革命高潮中,机修工段邬玉通老师付,积极动脑筋、想办法,找到一台破机床体和许多废旧零件,也没有绘图,比划着干,创制成功一台专用的齿轮倒角机,使工作效率提高八倍,产品质量完全符合要求。
