目的:通过对56例使用带涤纶套中心静脉导管进行维持性血液透析患者的临床观察,探讨导管移位的原因。方法:选择2008~2015年在黄石市二医院使用带涤纶套中心静脉导管进行维持性血液透析的56例患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果:8例导管移位,其中感染因素4例,患者自身因素3例,手术因素1例。结论:严格遵守无菌操作规程、及早发现感染征象,做到早发现、早处理;保证足够的蛋白质、热量摄入,增强机体抵抗能力,做好导管的维护和居家卫生宣教,可有效防止导管移位。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the causes of catheter displacement in 56 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis using a Dacron central venous catheter. Methods: The data of 56 patients who underwent maintenance hemodialysis with polyester sheath central venous catheter at the Second Hospital of Huangshi from 2008 to 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Catheter displacement occurred in 8 cases, including 4 cases of infection, 3 cases of patients’ own factors and 1 case of surgical factors. Conclusion: Strict compliance with aseptic procedures, early detection of signs of infection, early detection and early treatment; to ensure adequate protein and caloric intake, enhance the body’s resistance, good catheter maintenance and home health education, which can effectively prevent the catheter Shift.
