采用硬脂酸对三氧化二锑(Sb2O3)进行表面改性,并通过活化指数、红外光谱等检测对改性效果进行了表征。通过单因素实验研究了改性Sb2O3对软质PVC复合体系阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:当改性Sb2O3在软质PVC复合体系中的用量为3 phr时,体系的阻燃性能和力学性能达到最佳。
The surface modification of antimony trioxide (Sb2O3) was carried out by using stearic acid. The modification effect was characterized by activation index and infrared spectroscopy. The influence of modified Sb2O3 on flame retardancy and mechanical properties of soft PVC composites was studied by single factor experiment. The results show that when the dosage of modified Sb2O3 in flexible PVC composite system is 3 phr, the flame retardancy and mechanical properties of the system are optimized.
