目的:探究彩超检查在胎儿畸形筛查中的作用。方法:对2013年2月至2015年11月期间来我院利用彩色多普勒超声检查的982例孕妇的临床资料和超声影像进行回顾性分析,探究彩超检查的诊断效果。结果:在982例孕妇中诊断出畸形儿10例,实际产出畸形儿9例,误诊1例。畸形胎儿中有1例是无脑儿,3例有脑部积水,2例有脑脊膜膨出,2例有21三体综合征,1例有先天性心脏病,有1例患者误诊为泌尿系统畸形。结论:利用彩色多普勒超声检查胎儿畸形,准确度较高,可在孕期检查中推广使用,有利于我国优生优育政策的推广实施。
Objective: To explore the role of color Doppler ultrasound in fetal malformation screening. Methods: The clinical data and ultrasound images of 982 pregnant women who used color Doppler ultrasonography in our hospital from February 2013 to November 2015 were retrospectively analyzed to explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound. Results: Among 982 pregnant women, 10 deformed children were diagnosed, 9 deformities were actually produced and 1 was misdiagnosed. One of the malformed fetuses had no brain, 3 had hydrocephalus, 2 had meningocele, 2 had trisomy 21, 1 had congenital heart disease, and 1 had misdiagnosis Urinary system deformity. Conclusion: The color Doppler ultrasound examination of fetal malformations, a higher accuracy, can be used in pregnancy test to promote, is conducive to the promotion and implementation of our policy of prenatal and postnatal care.
