【目的】比较上臂围(MUAC)、体质量指数(BMI)和腰围(WC)识别儿童高血压的准确性。【方法】通过分层整群随机抽样,抽取秦皇岛市5所小学1352名7~12岁汉族儿童进行问卷调查及身高、BMI、WC、MUAC、血压等指标测量。【结果】本研究共检出高血压儿童82例(6.1%)。无论男女,高血压组各肥胖指标均高于非高血压组( P<0.01),且血压与各肥胖指标呈正相关( P<0.01)。男、女生各肥胖指标识别高血压的接受者操作特性(ROC)曲线下面积分别在0.839~0.865和0.790~0.830( P<0.01),准确性中等。MUAC识别儿童高血压的ROC曲线下面积与BM I和WC识别儿童高血压的ROC曲线下面积比较无统计学差异( P>0.05)。男、女生各肥胖指标识别高血压的灵敏性分别在69.6%~87.0%和50.0%~83.3%,特异性分别在49.4%~76.5%和53.1%~84.8%。【结论】各肥胖指标可作为识别儿童高血压的有效指标,且准确性相当。“,”[Objective]To compare the diagnostic accuracy for mid‐upper arm circumference (MUAC) ,body mass index (BMI) and waist circumference (WC) in screening hypertension in children .[Methods]A total of 1 ,352 Han children aged 7~12 years at 5 local schools were selected by random cluster sampling .Their values of systolic blood pressure (SBP) ,diastolic blood pressure (DBP) ,body height ,weight ,WC ,MUAC and other parameters were measured .[Results]The prevalence of hypertension was 6 .1% .In boys and girls ,the obesity parameters in hypertension group were higher than those in non‐hypertension group ( P<0 .01) .And blood pressure had a posi‐tive correlation with obesity parameters ( P<0 .01) .The area under the curve (AUC) was 0 .839~0 .865 in boys versus 0 .790~0 .830 in girls ( P 0 .05) .The sensitivity was 69 .6% ~87 .0% in boys versus 50 .0% ~83 .3% in girls .And the specificity was 49 .4% ~76 .5% in boys versus 53 .1% ~84 .8% in girls .[Conclusion]With comparable accuracy , these obesity indices may be used to identify hypertension in children .
