本研究旨在澄清食物天然所含纤维对胃排空、血糖反应、以及饥饿和饱胀感等方面的影响。 方法:受试者为8名健康志愿者,5男3女,年龄28~41岁,近期无服药史。女性于黄体前期受试。受试者于不同日期分别于禁食一夜后食两种仅纤维含量不同的试餐。高纤维试餐为每1000千卡含20g纤维,而低纤维试餐含4g。男性每餐食870千卡,女性700千卡。食物总热量中47%为碳水化合物,36%脂肪,
The purpose of this study was to clarify the effect of natural dietary fiber on gastric emptying, glycemic response, hunger and fullness. Methods: Subjects were 8 healthy volunteers, 5 males and 3 females, aged 28 to 41 years, no recent history of medication. Women in the pre-luteal subjects. Subjects fasted two different test meals with different fiber content after fasting for different dates respectively. The high-fiber test meal contains 20 g of fiber per 1000 kcal and the low-fiber test 4 g. Men eat 870 kcal per meal, 700 kcal for women. 47% of total calories in food are carbohydrates, 36% fat,
