本文通过文献资料法、实地考察、逻辑推理等方法进行研究,总结出彝族达体舞适用于贵州省农村中学体育课的重要价值,结合当前贵州省农村中学体育课的实际情况,对农村中学体育课中开展“达体舞”提供一些建议。以民族民间舞蹈为依托,结合现代体育课堂进行教学,形成具有贵州省农村体育特色的教学内容和形式,使达体舞在贵州省农村中学体育课中更好的开展,促进民族体育文化发展的同时,丰富学生校园文化生活,增强学生体质。
