2011年中央1号文件进一步确立了水利在经济社会发展中的战略地位,明确了水利在城乡建设中的基础性支撑作用,为推动水利实现跨越式发展注入了强大动力,也为加快无锡水利现代化建设提供了前所未有的历史机遇。无锡市委、市政府顺势而上,紧紧抓住此次契机,从无锡实际出发,提出建设国家水利现代化示范城市,用实际行动全面贯彻落实中央和省委两个1号文件精神。
In 2011, Central Document No. 1 further established the strategic position of water conservancy in economic and social development, clarified the basic supporting role of water conservancy in urban and rural construction, injected a great impetus into the leap-forward development of water conservancy, and accelerated the modernization of water conservancy in Wuxi Construction provides an unprecedented historic opportunity. Taking advantage of this opportunity, Wuxi Municipal Party Committee and Wuxi Municipal Government took this opportunity to start from the reality of Wuxi and put forward the proposal of building a national demonstration city of modernization of water conservancy, and implemented the spirit of No. 1 Document of the Central Government and Provincial Committee through concrete actions.
