人工栽培褐口蘑,其菌种生长好坏直接影响栽培效果。其菌丝发育所需的营养全部来自培养基,因此,培养基配料的科学与否,影响菌种质量。在相同培养条件下,通过对不同培养基上褐口蘑菌丝生长的形态观察,测定其生长速度等,综合比较不同培养基上的菌丝生长势,筛选最佳原种培养配方为高粱和牛粪再加上辅料,为优化褐口蘑原种培养基配方提供理论依据。
