目的分析后颅窝血管网织细胞瘤的临床特点及治疗。方法回顾性分析 2 1例后颅窝血管网织细胞瘤并经病理及手术证实的患者资料。结果肿瘤发病年龄为 2 0～ 40岁 ,男性多于女性 ,均发生于后颅窝。2 1例行 CT检查 ,囊性肿瘤 17例 ,实质性肿瘤 4例 ;行 MRI检查 10例 ,肿瘤为囊性者 8例 ,实质性者 2例 ;行 DSA检查 3例 ,均显示明显的肿瘤染色。治疗行瘤结节及实性肿瘤全切除 18例 ,部分切除加放射治疗 3例。术后恢复良好 2 0例 ,死亡 1例。结论本病好发于小脑半球 ,临床表现多为颅高压症状、共济失调等 ,CT、MRI检查可以定位或定性 ,DSA对判断肿瘤结节及血供情况更有帮助。治疗首选手术切除 ,本病预后良好
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and treatment of posterior fossa hemangiomas. Methods A retrospective analysis of 21 cases of posterior fossa hemangiocytoma confirmed by pathology and surgery patients. Results The age of onset was 20 years old to 40 years old, more men than women, all occurred in the posterior fossa. 2 1 routine CT examination, cystic tumors in 17 cases, 4 cases of substantial tumors; line MRI examination in 10 cases, 8 cases of cystic tumor, substantive in 2 cases; line DSA examination in 3 cases, all showed significant tumor dyeing. Treatment of tumor nodules and solid tumors in 18 cases of total resection, partial excision plus radiation therapy in 3 cases. Postoperative recovery of good 20 cases, 1 died. Conclusion The disease occurs in the cerebellum hemisphere, the clinical manifestations are mostly symptoms of intracranial hypertension, ataxia, CT, MRI can be located or qualitative, DSA to determine the tumor nodules and blood supply more help. The preferred surgical treatment, the prognosis of this disease is good
