为了实现橡皮囊液压成形工艺知识在钣金件数字化制造过程中的应用,采用IDEF0方法建立了橡皮囊成形零件数字化制造系统模型。分析了工艺知识组成并建立了知识分类模型,提出了工艺知识库的构建方法。设计了橡皮囊液压成形工艺知识在制造过程中的集成应用模式,开发了基于Web的工艺知识库及其应用系统。最后以某型机框肋零件制造模型设计为例说明了知识应用过程,验证了上述方法的可行性和有效性。
In order to realize the application of rubber hydraulics forming knowledge in the digital manufacturing process of sheet metal parts, the digital manufacturing system model of rubber blanks forming parts was established by IDEF0 method. The composition of process knowledge is analyzed and a knowledge classification model is established, and a method for constructing process knowledge base is proposed. The integrated application mode of rubber bladder hydroforming process knowledge in the manufacturing process was designed, and a web-based process knowledge base and its application system were developed. Finally, the process of knowledge application is illustrated by the model design of the rib manufacturing of a certain frame, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the above method.
