张华祝委员:以陈水扁为首的台独分裂势力,这几年在分裂国家的道路上越走越远,分裂国家的企图越来越明显。制定《反分裂国家法》非常必要,这也是全国人民,包括台湾同胞的共同愿望。法律的条文虽简短扼要,但把实现统一的决心,把我们以最大诚意和努力争取和平统一的意愿表达得非常清楚。本法通过以后,一是进一步增强了全国人民维护国家主权和领土完整的决心和信心。二是对“台独”分裂势力的沉重打击,对外国干涉势力的严正警告。三是争取了台湾民众。作为国防科技工业的工作人员,我们要努力作好工作,继续为国防建设出力。通过我们的工作,加快武器装备现代化进程。我们的实力壮大了,就能够使得《反分裂国家法》顺利实施,更加有效的制止台独分裂势力的行为。 Zhang Hua Zhu Members: Taiwan’s separatist forces led by Chen Shui-bian have been walking further and further along the road of splitting the country in recent years.
