2006年7月,受强热带风暴“碧利斯”外围环流和西南季风的共同影响,北江流域普降暴雨,中上游局部地区遭受特大暴雨,水位迅猛上涨。暴雨洪水导致部分地区发生了严重的洪涝灾害,给当地工农业生产和人民生命财产造成巨大损失。通过分析“06.7”暴雨成因及形成洪水的特点,揭示了暴雨洪水的规律,并对水文测站今后在高洪水位测验提出了具体建议。
In July 2006, under the combined effect of the strong tropical storm “Bilis ” peripheral circulation and the southwest monsoon, the heavy rainfall in the Beijiang River basin caused heavy rainfall and the water level rose rapidly. Floods and torrential rains caused severe floods in some areas, causing huge losses to local industrial and agricultural production and people’s lives and property. By analyzing the causes of “06.7” storm and the characteristics of forming floods, the law of storm flood was revealed, and specific suggestions were put forward for the high level test of hydrological stations in the future.
