2.2重大基础设施规划管理及程序重要基础设施包括地表之下的设施,例如,地下给排水管网、地下供气和供热管网、地下交通、地下电力设施、废物处理设施等都需要规划审批,但不包括地下电网~①和小规模建设。重大基础设施项目的规划管理由相关国务大臣负责,即能源项目由能源与气候变化大臣负责,交通项目由交通大臣负责,危险废物项目由社区与地方政府大臣负责,给排水等其他项目由社区与地方政府大臣和环境大臣联合负责。所有这些项目申请在递交给各位大臣
