我厂生产的 HZWA 型金属支柱,原来焊接活柱这道工序是由自动焊机来完成的。焊接前,先由两名铆工对焊,焊工再进行焊接,每台焊机要配备四、五名焊工,每个班就要占用劳动力十几人。而对焊时,二十多公斤的活柱要搬上搬下,卡紧翻身,全由人工进行,故劳动强度大,质量也不能保证。而利用 EK1000型自动焊机,焊丝要经常更换,焊接效率低,不能适应生产新形势的需要。
