用免疫放射法(IRMA)对贵阳市80例新生儿的TSH值分布进行了观察。结果如下:1.新生儿组TSH值≥5mIU/L者占38.9%;2.新生儿TSH值与其母亲尿碘值呈负相关(r=0.5,P<0.01)。该研究提示贵阳市虽经1/5万磺盐防治10年多,仍存在碘缺乏。碘缺乏是导致新生儿TSH值偏移的主要因素。
TSH value distribution of 80 newborns in Guiyang was observed by immunoradiography (IRMA). The results are as follows: 1. Neonatal TSH value ≥ 5mIU / L accounted for 38.9%; 2. Neonatal TSH values were negatively correlated with their mothers’ urinary iodine values (r = 0.5, P <0.01). The study suggests that despite the prevention and treatment of 1/5 million sulfites in Guiyang City more than 10 years, there is still iodine deficiency. Iodine deficiency is a major factor that leads to TSH shift in newborns.
