根据结构与性能的关系,选择胍基乙酸作为掺质,采用水溶液降温法生长了GLTGS晶体,发现掺质的存在使晶体的生长形态、单胞参数和解理性均发生了变化.对所生长晶体的热释电性能进行了系统测量.结果表明,掺质显著地增强了晶体的热释电效应,与纯TGS晶体相比,GLTGS晶体在20~30℃的温度范围内,热释电系数增加了49.3%~55.8%,品质因子增加了35.4%~49.3%.另外,经过测量晶体的电滞回线发现,在相同条件下,GLTGS晶体的矫顽电场比纯TGS晶体约增大一倍,
According to the relationship between structure and properties, guanidinoacetic acid was chosen as the dopant. GLTGS crystals were grown by aqueous solution cooling method. It was found that the crystal growth morphology, unit cell parameters and cleavage changed with the presence of dopants. The pyroelectric properties of the grown crystals were systematically measured. The results show that the dopant significantly enhances the pyroelectric effect of the crystal. Compared with the pure TGS crystal, the pyroelectric coefficient of GLTGS crystal increases by 49.3% -55.8% at 20-30 ℃, , Quality factor increased by 35.4% ~ 49.3%.
