目的:探讨先天性上唇重唇手术效果的评价质量。方法:本研究按检索条件检索中国学术文献网络出版总库近十年手术治疗先天性上唇重唇中文文献,以符合本研究纳入条件的检索结果文献为研究对象。通过引用文献研究质量量规和设计利用手术效果评价质量量规(QESTS),评价文献手术效果评价的质量。结果:7篇文献全文符合纳入条件。研究对象的文献研究质量分值3篇为86%(3/7),3篇为71%(3/7),1篇为57%(1/7)。本研究的研究对象中,仅3篇手术方法目的与手术效果评价指标参数形成镜像关系;7篇文献手术效果评价指标参数类型均为主观定性;7篇文献手术效果评价量规均为临床视诊。结论:研究文献质量影响手术方法效果评价的质量。手术效果评价指标应规范并且细化评价指标。先天性上唇重唇手术治疗的效果评价亟待研究引入客观评价量规。
Objective: To evaluate the quality of evaluation of surgical results of congenital upper lip and heavy lip. Methods: This study was to search the Chinese literature of online publication of Chinese academic literature for nearly 10 years in the surgical treatment of congenital upper lip heavy lipped Chinese literature, with the inclusion of the conditions of the research results as the research object. The literature reviews the quality of surgical evaluation by evaluating quality metrics and designing QESTS. Results: The full text of the seven articles met the inclusion criteria. The literatures of the study subjects were 86% (3/7) in 3 articles, 71% (3/7) in 3 articles and 57% (1/7) in 1 article. In the research object, only three of the surgical methods and objectives of the surgical evaluation index parameters form a mirror image relationship; 7 articles of the evaluation index of surgical effect parameters are subjective qualitative; 7 literatures evaluation of surgical effects are clinical clinical diagnosis. CONCLUSION: The quality of the research literature influences the quality of the surgical method evaluation. Surgical evaluation indicators should be standardized and detailed evaluation indicators. The evaluation of the effect of congenital upper lip and heavy lip surgery is urgently needed to study the introduction of objective evaluation gauge.
