目的是建立理中丸中甘草酸(glyCyrrhizic acid,GA)的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定,色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-0.017mol/L磷酸溶液(40:60)为流动相;检测波长为250nm。结果甘草酸在进样量0.7μg~14.1μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率为96.1%,RSD为0.6%。结论HPLC法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于理中丸的质量控制。 The purpose is to establish a method for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid (GA) in Lizhong Pill. Methods HPLC was used to determine the chromatographic column. The chromatographic column was Diamonsil C18 (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.017mol/L phosphoric acid solution (40:60) as the mobile phase. The wavelength is 250 nm. Results Glycyrrhizic acid had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.7μg~14.1μg, r=0.9999. The average recovery was 96.1% and the RSD was 0.6%. Conclusion HPLC method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Lizhong Pill.
