用旋转环-盘电极研究了A_3钢在浓碱溶液中的动电位行为及电化学溶解特性。在环电极上收集了A_3钢盘电极在动电位扫描及恒流极化过程中所生成的可溶性Fe(Ⅱ)与Fe(Ⅲ)粒子,测定了溶解电流与总氧化或还原电流的比例,发现当碱液浓度及温度提高时可溶性粒子的收集电流显著增加。对铁在碱性溶液中的电化学腐蚀过程进行了讨论。
The potentiodynamic behavior and electrochemical dissolution of A 3 steel in concentrated alkali solution were studied by rotating ring-disk electrode. The soluble Fe (Ⅱ) and Fe (Ⅲ) particles generated during the potentiodynamic scanning and constant current polarization of A 3 steel electrode were collected on the ring electrode. The ratio of dissolved current to the total oxidation or reduction current was measured and found to be As lye concentration and temperature increase, the collection current of soluble particles increases significantly. Electrochemical corrosion of iron in alkaline solution is discussed.
