在改革开放过程中 ,随着市场体制的推进和社会结构转型 ,城市建设出现了大量新情况 ,面临一系列新问题。为此我们以转型社会与城市社区建设为主题 ,重点对行政化社区组织的终结 ,社区组织结构模式的拓展 ,社区组织运行模式的超越等几个方面的问题进行了探索 ,我们认为当前城市社区的组织运行与管理建设应关注以下几个问题即 ,改革社区行政管理、推进社团建设、完善居民自治管理等 ,并通过这三者的有效结合 ,共同构成社区运行的良性模式 In the process of reform and opening up, with the advance of the market system and the transformation of social structure, a great deal of new situations have emerged in urban construction and a series of new problems have been encountered.
