迎春林业局贮木场二工段高守义等四名工人,针对本单位缆索天车经常出槽,影响木材生产进度,危及安全生产的实际问题,对揽索天车进行了改造,获得成功,最近受到场领导的表扬奖励。在冬季木材生产中,二工段揽索天车经常发生出槽现象,导致停工停产。发生故障后,揽索工人往往冒着严寒,坐上横担木,在22米的高空,用撬棍、压角子等工具把天车撬回原处。据不完全统计,仅89年10月到90年3月一个季运周期,三部揽索天车出槽就达15次之多,累计停工停产30多个小时。在“治危兴林”大讨论中,二工段工人高守义、袁丙春、王宗新、姜铁敏等四同志提出了改造揽索天车的建议,得到了场领导的批准和支持。他们将天车主绳两侧安装上两块加长夹板,穿上螺杆加以固定,使主绳不能跳槽。实验完功后用于生产实践,天车再没发生跳槽现象。经有关部门鉴定,无论从实
