目的探讨金荞麦片质量控制的标准。方法采用梯度洗脱法检测金荞麦片中表儿茶素含量。结果金荞麦片中表儿茶素含量为0.41-0.61mg/片,且精密度、重复性、稳定性、回收率良好。结论梯度洗脱法检测金荞麦片中表儿茶素含量可作为其质量控制标准。 Objective To explore the quality control standard of buckwheat. Methods The content of epicatechin in buckwheat was determined by gradient elution. Results The content of epicatechin in Fagopyrum Buckwheat was 0.41-0.61mg / tablet, and the precision, repeatability, stability and recovery were good. Conclusion Gradient elution method for the determination of epicatechin in buckwheat tablets can be used as a quality control standard.
