随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展,社会分工发生了重大的变化,逐渐向专业化、精细化及明晰化方向转化。事业单位在此形势下必须要顺应时代发展趋势,对现有的人力资源管理工作方式进行革新,探索同当今社会形势发展保持一致的人力资源管理新方法和新措施。本文就当前我国事业单位人力资源管理中存在问题进行深入的探讨和分析,并针对现存问题提出了建设性建议,以期能够对相关事业单位的人力资源管理工作顺利开展提供理论支持。
With the continuous development of the socialist market economy, great changes have taken place in the division of labor in the society, gradually shifting towards specialization, refinement and clarity. Under this situation, public institutions must adapt themselves to the development trend of the times and innovate the existing work modes of human resources management so as to explore new methods and measures for human resources management that are in line with the development of today’s society. In this paper, the current problems of human resource management in public institutions in our country are discussed and analyzed in depth, and some constructive suggestions are put forward in view of the existing problems so as to provide theoretical support for the smooth development of human resource management in related institutions.
