本文报告采用Bekessy等(1976)数学模型,通过纵向(队列)研究,分析西非高度季节性传播区两个村庄少年儿童的传播接种率和原虫血症显现的平均时间,同时比较了由原虫血症阴阳性转换率推算的寄生虫学接种率和从媒介资料推算的昆虫学接种率,为定量分析当地疟疾的传播强度提供依据。
In this paper, we use the mathematical model of Bekessy et al. (1976) to analyze the transmission and vaccination rates of juveniles and the mean time of parasitemia in two villages in the high seasonal transmission area of West Africa through longitudinal (cohort) studies. The parasitological inoculation rate estimated from the positive and negative conversion rates and the entomological inoculation rate calculated from the media data provide the basis for quantitative analysis of the intensity of local malaria transmission.
