本文提出了一个新经验校正方程,用以校正X射线荧光分析中的吸收-增强效应.它以影响系数和基体元素浓度间的相互关系的两次曲线拟合为基础.在该校正方程中,吸收效应和增强效应均考虑为相同的表达形式.影响系数用多变量最小二乘法计算,分析元素的浓度用迭代程序求得.该方法以Fe-Ni、Fe-Cr、Fe-Ni-Cr、PbO-ZrO_2-TiO_2-La_2O_3等四种体系的试样与目前常用的几种经验校正方程,如Lachance-Traill方程、Claisse-Quintin方程、Rasberry-Heinrich方程等作了比较,表明在相当宽的浓度范围内,用本文提出的新校正方程所获得的准确度最好.
In this paper, a new empirical correction equation is proposed to correct the absorption-enhancement effect in X-ray fluorescence analysis, which is based on a two-time curve fitting of the relationship between the influence coefficient and the concentration of matrix elements. In this calibration equation, Absorption effect and enhancement effect are considered the same form of expression.The influence coefficient is calculated by multivariate least square method, the element concentration is calculated by iterative program.This method takes Fe-Ni, Fe-Cr, Fe-Ni-Cr, PbO-ZrO_2-TiO_2-La_2O_3 and other four kinds of system samples and commonly used several empirical calibration equations, such as Lachance-Traill equation, Claisse-Quintin equation, Rasberry-Heinrich equation were compared, showed that a very wide range of concentrations Within the range, the accuracy obtained by the new correction equation proposed in this paper is the best.
