随着国家高速公路建设事业的不断壮大,高速公路运营企业的改革和创新被提上了议事日程。在“十三五”时期,如何立足于经济社会发展的新常态,同时顺应全面深化改革的新趋势,奋发有为,开拓创新,以崭新的步伐和成熟的姿态应对供给侧结构性改革,成为高速公路运营企业所面临的重大课题。本文立足于高速公路企业运营现状,从企业内部控制的高度阐述了提升企业经济效益,推动企业改革创新的有效实施方略。
