太湖流域由于长期大量开采地下水,地面沉降越趋严重,导致沉降区内大量水准点高程均产生不同程度的下沉,并使以水准点高程为依据的水位资料严重失实,特别是环太湖、太浦河、望虞河上的水位失真直接影响太湖流域洪水调度。因此极有必要进行太湖流域水准网高程的复测,同步接测水文站基面,并对水文资料进行统一修正,确保防洪、规划所依据的资料真实可靠。
Due to the long-term exploitation of groundwater in the Taihu Lake basin, the land subsidence becomes more and more serious. As a result, a large number of water level subsidence points in the subsidence area all have different degrees of subsidence, and the water level data based on the elevation of the water level point are seriously inaccurate. Pu River, Wang Yu River water level distortion directly affects the Taihu Lake Basin flood regulation. Therefore, it is extremely necessary to re-measure the elevation of Taihu Lake Basin leveling network, synchronously survey the hydrological station base surface, and revising the hydrological data uniformly to ensure flood control. The data on which the planning is based are true and reliable.
