各种钻机的钻杆大部分是由无缝钢管两端焊接上接头而成的中空钻杆,又细又长。在钻孔过程中钻杆承受着较大的轴压和扭矩,受力又不均匀。所以,钻杆除保证它的强度之外,还必须有足够的稳定性。否则,将造成钻杆纵向弯曲产生较大的振动,不仅影响穿孔效率而且影响加压回转机构和钻头的寿命。分析钻杆的稳定性,采取合理有效的措施,是有现实意义的。
