目的验证百部抗痨口服液的药效作用。方法通过对SO_2致小鼠咳嗽的影响、对小鼠单核巨噬细胞系统吞噬功能的影响、对小鼠游泳时间及脏器指数的影响测定该药物的药理作用。结果通过试管内抑菌实验,与对小鼠实验性结核的治疗实验,测定药物对体内外抗结核作用。结论试验结果表明,该药具有明显镇咳、提高网状内皮系统吞噬功能及延长小鼠游泳时间的作用;对体内外结核菌无显著性抑制或杀灭的治疗作用。
Objective To verify the efficacy of one hundred antibacterial oral liquid. Methods The effects of SO_2 on mice cough, the phagocytic function of mouse monocyte-macrophage system and the swimming time and viscera index of mice were determined. Results Anti-tuberculosis effect in vitro and in vivo was determined by antibacterial test in vitro and treatment experiment of experimental tuberculosis in mice. Conclusion The test results show that the drug has significant antitussive, improve phagocytic function of reticuloendothelial system and prolong the swimming time in mice; it has no significant inhibitory effect or killing effect on Mycobacterium tuberculosis in vitro and in vivo.
